Pepper updates and quesiton

Ok, the Purple Beauty is growing like gangbusters. I'm going to have to transplant two of the 3 into different pots, because they are getting so large!

However, the Albino Bullnose is looking sorry.

Does anybody know if this is a disease, or is it a nutrient deficiency?

None of the other peppers looks to be having a problem.
