Owie - new medical filter

Had another muscle cramp in the shower this morning. This time in my back and it was mild enough I don't expect a bruise to show up.

But doing anything, including just sitting still, hurts!

Oh, and while I'm thinking about it, I probably should add a medical filter.

If you don't mind hearing about my, apparently frequent and some times amusing, medical issues, reply here and I'll add you in on it.

I was recently tested, and my potassium numbers are in the normal range (lower side of normal, but not right at the bottom of normal). And Sandy tends to cook foods that are high in potassium.

Sometimes the "normal" range isn't normal for you. I've seen this a bunch with people talking about their hypothyroid. Having their numbers be in the "normal" range doesn't always address the symptoms that they experience.

Of course Sandy is taking good care of you. :D

Sure, sign me up.

I had a dream last night where you were demoing some amazing arcane device at some huge Pennsic/demo kind of event. ;-D

Wow! That is a very kind thing to say.

Now I have to think of something that will fit that image.

Though the first time through I read it as "huge amazing arcane device," and was wondering what it might be. A clockwork Stonehenge?

I do have a video of me on a takadai, which might qualify as an arcane device for Europe.

Yeah, why not. Then I can "tut tut" at regular intervals.

Count me in

Since I was there for the kidney stones, I may as well stick around for the rest.
